Whole Food Plant Based Whole Wheat Sandwich Recipe

INGREDIENTS

8 slices Whole Wheat Bread
1 cup Potato Cheese
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Cucumber
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread potato cheese liberally on 4 whole wheat bread slices.
  2. Peel onions. Slice onions, tomatoes, and cucumber. Arrange on the slices, on potato cheese.
  3. Sprinkle black pepper powder. Cover with another slice of whole wheat bread. Serve fresh!
